Cascadia RVW Board Meeting
June 23, 2007
Attendees: Cheryl Edman, Dorene Thomas, Judy Polenske, Lynda Byrd, Linda Clark, Linda James, Mary Nebel, Sue Ellen Johnson
The meeting was called to order by President Cheryl Edman at 7:30 p.m. at Port Townsend, Washington.
Discussion:
1. Linda James brought up a need for an expenditure policy for the Events and Activities Captains. No policy was determined or resolved.
2. President Cheryl Edman announced a need for a second coffee pot. A vote was taken and it was unanimous that the Chapter purchase a second coffee pot since we had one disappear. It was further agreed that Judy Polenske would purchase a second coffee pot.
The meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
