Event Description
Last time we were here we went white water rafting, It may be too cold this time of year for that but we always find things to do. This weekends theme is "Go Green!" Caring for the Earth in our unique ways.

Late Registration Process
After the registration deadline, contact the park directly for space available. If so, sign up with the park then contact the registrar to let her know you will be attending.
Your Favorite Things...
If you would like to share one or two interests or hobbies you enjoy with fellow Cascadians -for example, do you like to bike, hike, do puzzles, go fishing, make quilts, play games, spend quiet time reading -before the registration deadline there is a box labeled "Notes" on the online tool for you to add comments and/or interest . If you are registering after the open online registration you can include this information when you contact the registrar with your registration details. Our goal here is to help people with like interests identify each other. About a week before the event we will send an e-mail to all registrants with a list of names of everyone who has signed up, along with their interests.
Cost
$ 27.00 per night full hookup (some sites do not have sewer but dump station available). There is also boondocking sites available for those who wish to use that option, cost is $15.00 per night. Cable and WiFi are available and free.

Cancellation Instructions
No-shows will be asked to reimburse Cascadia for any charges levied upon the club by the park.
Prior to the registration deadline, contact the registrar to cancel. After the registration deadline, contact the park to cancel and then notify the registrar.

The nearby Roslyn Sunday Market was a fun mixture of arts, crafts and food.
Event theme - Go Green!
Please join in the theme and wear something green at all events during the weekend (earrings, ribbons, leaves, whatever) - Sheriff will increase fines for everyone not complying.
Also, bring something healthy in a can that we can deliver to the Hope Source Food Bank in Cle Elum.
And finally, please bring clean, gently used, or new articles of clothing for a clothing exchange on Saturday. We will try to recycle our food scraps, paper items, glass, and cans during the weekend to make the weekend as truly Green as we can.
Friday p.m.:
- 5:00pm - Meet and greet
- 5:30pm - Pot luck - healthy finger food
- 7:00pm - Bring your thinking caps for a Word Smith Game
Saturday a.m.:
- 9:00am - Yogurt, granola, and fruit breakfast- bring your own coffee
- 10:00-12:00 - TorkLift Central will be presenting information about RV "Toys"; new Gadgets, etc. for RV's
Saturday afternoon:
- We will try to organize a wagon hayride if we have at lease 20 people interested. Or, a visit to the Salmon Research Station for a tour
Saturday p.m.
- 5:00pm -Gather before dinner
- 5:30pm - Pot luck - Healthy Pot Luck dishes for all to share
- 6:30pm - Clothing exchange
- 8:00pm - campfire and fireside sing along
Sunday a.m.
- 8:30am - what ever left overs from Saturday snack- Bring your own coffee
- 9:30am - Rig christenings and farewells.
