Event Description
Get ready for Survivor: Cascadia Style. Cheryl and Barb are cooking up a fun game of Survivor for us - the goal is to not get voted off the island.

Registration
All 30 sites we have reserved have been taken and registration is now closed. Between now and July 15, you may contact the registrar to see if there have been any cancellations, or contact the park directly to reserve a site. After July 15, follow the late registration instructions below.

Late Registration Process
If the registration deadline has passed and you would like to attend, please contact the park directly. If they have space available, register with them and then contact the registrar to let her know you will be attending.

Cost
$32.22 per night. Full hookup, cable and free WiFi.

Deposit and Payment Instructions
Pay upon arrival at the park.

Site Assignments
Sites are assigned by the park unless otherwise indicated. If you have special requirements, please indicate it in the Notes section of the registration form.

Early Arrival/Late Departure
Call the park directly now to request your early arrival/late departure, and indicate your early arrival/late departure on the registration form. After the registration deadline, contact the park regarding extra days.

Cancellation Instructions
Prior to the registration deadline, contact the registrar to cancel. After the registration deadline, contact the park to cancel and then notify the registrar.

Event Schedule
Friday a.m.

Sherrie Buchan has made arrangements with Ocean Charters of Westport for a salmon fishing trip during our August event. If you are interested in going on this charter, please contact Ocean Charters ASAP to book your spot on the boat. The details are:

When: Friday, August 20th
What Time: Leaves the dock between 6 - 6:30 a.m. Returns approx 4:00 p.m.
Price: $119 per person. Deposit: $50
And: $10 salt water license required unless you already have your own fishing license and salt water tag
What to Bring: Your own lunch and beverage

Kathy Clixby really got in the mood for our seafood
fest at Wesport last year.

Friday p.m.
5:00-5:30 – Aboriginal Gathering – Island/Survivor dress encouraged….*no nudity please* Yikes…

5:30 5:30 – Island snacks – Rice, salad, veggies, fruit to share. Bring your own meat/main dish. *No killing of the neighbors chickens or pigs*

6:00 – The choosing and naming of 3 Survivor tribes. Buffs/tribal colors will be awarded each tribe. Members will choose tribe names and their individual Survivor names.

Break as needed…

First team challenge in the main camp Tribal Council area…the clubhouse.

Clues regarding tomorrow’s activities may or may not be shared…hmmm?

Saturday a.m.

Eat a hearty breakfast to prepare for the day’s challenges.

Saturday p.m.
12:00 – 4:00 – Wear your island attire and team buffs, it’s challenge time!  Have you been bonding and teambuilding?  There’s something for everyone!

There will be fresh fruit, juice and who knows what available for snacking, compliments of the Cascadian government.

5:30 – Gathering of the tribes

6:00 – Tribal Feast Island Style - Use your imagination…BBQ, Rice, Veggies, Fruit, Coconut

Awards and the naming of the Ultimate Survivor!!

Sunday a.m.
Rumor has it we will all be kicked off the island…
