Registration
Registration is now closed.
Late Registration Process
If the registration deadline has passed and you would like to attend, please contact the park directly. If they have space available, register with them and then contact the registrar to let her know you will be attending.
Cost
$30 per night.
Deposit and Payment Instructions
First night's deposit will be required. Send your deposit to Nancy Gerou at 4719 NE 2nd Street Renton WA 98059. Your deposit must arrive by May 7th. Pay the balance upon arrival at the park.
Site Assignments
Sites are assigned by the park unless otherwise indicated. If you have special requirements, please indicate it in the Notes section of the registration form.
Early Arrival/Late Departure
Prior to the registration deadline, you may indicate your early arrival/late departure on the registration form. After the registration deadline, contact the park regarding extra days.
Cancellation Instructions
Prior to the registration deadline, contact the registrar to cancel. After the registration deadline, contact the park to cancel and then notify the registrar. Cancellations within 30 days of the event and no shows will be charged one night's camping fee.

Black Diamond has deep historical roots as a coal mining town. Nowadays, the Black Diamond Bakery is the town's greatest draw; people come from miles around to enjoy the treats that come from its original wood-fired brick oven.
Event Schedule
Friday p.m.
- 5:30 Happy hour and finger food potluck
- 7:00 Games int he clubhouse
Saturday a.m.
- 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Breakfast at the park. Let the park cook your breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee & all the pancakes you can eat for only $4.00
- 9:30 Guest speaker Steve Perry, general manager of of TorkLift Central in Kent, WA (formerly, VP & GM of Poulsbo RV). Steve will be accompanied by a maintenance and repair person to answer questions and give instruction about concerns you may have with your RV or appliances.
Saturday p.m.
-Lunch: If you have a tow or can hitch a ride, the very famous Black Diamond Bakery is within minutes drive of Lake Sawyer.
- 2:00 p.m. Return for a fun filled afternoon scavenger hunt throughout the park in
teams. Being that it is National Hollerin' Contest Day you are invited to partake in this event, in teams or as a single, as you wander through
the park looking for your items. EXTRA POINTS IF THE POLICE ARE CALLED! Prizes of course!

Bass fishing and water sports on Lake Sawyer.
Rental boats will be available. $4.00 + tax per hour. 4 - Paddle boats, 2 - row boats, 2 canoes
