Event Description
We could not find a Canadian location that would fit our needs, so the June event has been moved to Kelso, Washington. Please note that it will be held a week later, June 26-28.

Registration

Registration for this event is now closed. If you would still like to attend, please contact the Park directly to see if they have room. Tell them you are with Cascadia. If they do, go ahead and register directly with the park and then contact the Registrar, Patty Lebbert, to let her know you are coming.


Cost
$27 per night (includes water, electric, sewer and cable).  WiFi available.

Friday

5:30 p.m. – Social Hour
6:00 p.m. – Heavy finger food to share (bring your own service utensils and your beverage). Introductions, and Weekend Schedule Review.
7:30 p.m. –A surprise activity followed by games.
 

Saturday Morning

• 8:30 a.m. – Coffee in the Clubhouse. Bring your mug
• 10: 00 a.m. – RV Toys. Please bring 2-3 items from you RV to share……items that make travel and leisure easier in your RV.

Saturday Afternoon
• 12: 00 p.m. - On your own for lunch and whatever.  Event Captains will provide a list of things to do in this area upon your arrival. There is a lot to do and see. Bring your bikes if you want to ride, golf clubs if you want to play and games to share on game night.

Saturday Evening

• 5:30 p.m. – Social Hour
• 6:00 p.m. – Pot Luck Dinner with an International theme. Bring your favorite dish to share. Desserts will be provided.
                       
• 7:15 p.m. – There will be a 15 minute break to walk dogs etc. and then the fabulous music entertainment begins featuring Sue Lewis and Kallie!

Sunday Morning

• 8:00 a.m. - Pancake breakfast in the Clubhouse prepared by Chefs Marne and Leanna
• 9:00 a.m. – Christen new rigs
• HAPPY TRAILS TO YOU UNTIL the next event.
