Event Description
Theme: Survivor - Last Women Standing
.
Note: Since no one signed up for event captains for this weekend, your event committee has put together this weekend.  We hope that there is something for everyone.  And that everyone will enjoy this beautiful area and all that it has to offer.

 

Registration

We have only 20 sites reserved in the group camping area and we have filled our 20 sites. You may either use our online registration tool to be put on a wait list, or you may sign up directly with the park for a site elsewhere within the park by calling 1-888-CAMPOUT (226-7688), or you may do both. Please note that you are responsible for any arrangements you make directly with the park. We cannot add additional days to our group setting - you must register with the park for those extra days. If you register directly with the park, you should also let the Registrar know you are planning on coming.

Cost
$26 per night for water, sewer and electric. Extra vehicles $10. Check-in time 2:30 p.m., check-out 1 p.m.

Payment

Pay Cascadia upon arrival. Cascadia will pay the park in total for our 20 sites. If you do not get one of Cascadia's 20 sites, you will follow the park's normal registration and payment process.

General Schedule

Friday

• Hi There Gals will hand out welcome packets as you arrive
• 5:30 Happy Hour and Meet & Greet
• 6:00 Survivor-tizers Theme: Make it, Grow it, Catch it, Process it
• 7:30 Game night. BRig your favorite game to play and socialize.

Saturday Morning

• 8:30 a.m. Coffee at the shelter

Saturday Afternoon
Open for activities (see Things to Do Nearby, below)

Mt. Rainier's Longmire entrace is located about 30 minutes
from Alder Lake.


Saturday Evening

• 5:30 Happy Hour
6:00 Survivor-Que Hamburgers, Veggie burgers, Hotdogs, Buns – Provided hot off the Grill – ready for your favorite condiments [
(lso provided). Please bring your favorite – picnic type side dishes – salads, fruit, finger foods, veggies – and of course deserts – oh did I mention deserts?? Remember Survivor Theme – homemade – fresh out of the garden stuff would be very impressive!
7:30 Organized Survivor Games – think low impact – lots of laughs – some testing of aim and throwing abilities and maybe even some light stamina. And the best part - prizes for the “Last Women Standing"
8:45 Open Games we have to leave some time for those who cannot go a weekend without some Poker, Mexican Train, Rummy or any other new RV games to can be introduced to the group. Oh, and did we mention, we have great places for Campfires!! What a better place to gather and talk with all of our friends that enjoy RVing. Bring your firewood, musical instruments, campfire stories for a fun, relaxing evening with Cascadia RVW.

Sunday Morning

• 8:30 Coffee at the shelter
• 9:30 Rig christening
• Enjoy the rest of your morning – Check out at 1:00 p.m. Safe Travels
