Event Description

There's always something fun to do at Leavenworth, especially since our event takes place during the annual Autumn Leaf Festival. The Park is located about three miles from the center of town, and is an easy bike ride away. The Fall colors will be spectacular, and you'll enjoy the drive over whether you come via Stevens Pass or Blewett Pass.

Cost: $30 per night for 30 amp; $34 per night for 50 amp.

Friday

• German/Bavarian theme potluck of finger foods, light snacks, salads, etc.

Saturday Morning

• Cascadia-sponsored pancake, egg and ham breakfast.
 

The Autumn Leaf Festival's annual parade starts at noon on Saturday.

Saturday Afternoon

• Noon - the Autumn Leaf Festival's annual parade in town

• Diane and Nancy will lead an easy hike of the Icicle Creek Gorge, a 4-mile loop hike with just 200 feet elevation gain. The trail starts about 10 miles up Icicle Canyon from where we will be staying. Ride sharing transportation will be coordinated for those interested. The day/time of this activity may change depending on participant interest.

Saturday Evening

• Dinner and Saturday evening on your own.

Sunday Morning

• Coffee and rig christening

• Shopping in the quaint Bavarian village of Leavenworth

• Take in the parade at noon Saturday, and the rest of the Autumn Leaf Festival

• View spectacular fall colors along Tumwater Canyon or up the Icicle River road
